Enquiry shows the amount of Shift Differential for selected personnel depending upon the Shift Differential Rule in the Working Conditions. The following example is based upon Rule 110 (Shift Differential), option 301 (All scheduled time between 16:00 and 08:00 is subject to a shift differential payment provided there is a minimum of 2:00 hours. There is no shift differential whilst training or during Extra Pay hours)
· Select Enquiries > Shift Differential.
· Select personnel/teams to view
· Select person to view
· Select start month for the view. Shift differential figures for the 12 months from that start month will be shown.
· Click Submit
· The amount of shift differential on each day is displayed in the grid. Any manual adjustments made in any month are shown in a separate column in the grid with a total for the month also shown.
· Click on any underlined figure to see the details for that date.
· e.g. - Clicking on August 6th above
· Hours between 16:00 and 20:00 are subject to Shift Differential payment (4:00 hours)
