Adjust Shift Differential
Occasionally shift differential figures may have to be recorded that lie outside the scope of CARM working conditions. For example, carrying out duties for a part of the organization that currently is not covered by CARM may require adjustments to shift differential, or error in previous claims may need to be adjusted for subsequent claims. Manual shift differential adjustments are made here so that they may be included in the Shift Differential extraction process.
· Select Payroll > Adjust Shift Differential.
· Select Person whose Shift Differentials are to be adjusted.
· Select an appropriate Adjustment date.
· Click Show Differentials for the quarter for the selected person.
· Enter an appropriate Adjustment value (positive or negative)
· Click Submit
· Click Confirm
