Purge Messages
Allow a System Administrator to permanently remove all messages older than a selected age. Messages that individual users delete remain in the system until they are purged (removed) by a System Administrator using this function.

This will permanently remove data from the database. It is strongly recommended to have a backup of the database containing these deleted messages if it is possible that access to them may be needed in the future. |
Select System Maintenance > Purge Messages
· Enter a Date messages older than: such that all messages created prior to that date will be permanently removed from the system - regardless of their status (read, deleted, etc)

· Click Submit
· A confirmation message will be displayed when complete.
