Report column headings mean:

 

Post Department:                         the Post’s own Department.

                                                     

Post:                                              identifies a post within the Organization.

 

Post Title:                                      title that the Post carries within the

                                                      Organization.           

 

Name:                                           of the Post’s incumbent

 

Rank:                                            normal Rank: or grade of the Post’s incumbent person.

 

EmpID:                                        Post’s incumbent employee ID.          

 

Badge:                                          Post’s incumbent number

 

Working Condition:                     compensation rules and options for the Post’s           incumbent working conditions: ensuring

correct compensation is generated automatically when they work during non-working time.

 

Post Shift Pattern (Offset):           Post’s working pattern.

 

Attached Shift Pattern (Offset):   Post’s incumbent, working pattern.

 

Grouping:                                     Post’s organizational grouping.

 

User Profile:                                 Post’s incumbent CARM access details.

 

Reports To:                                   Post’s incumbent immediate line manager.

 

Actual Department:                      Post’s incumbent actual deployed department.

 

Guesting:                                      Post’s incumbent is currently Guesting in this part of the Organization.
