Grouping

 

is a way of grouping personnel together, where they are not necessarily part of the same physical team. Used for things like Zones where they are assigned throughout the organization.

 

Select General Maintenance > Grouping

 

 

·      Where the Grouping belongs to a specific division only, select that from the drop down list. This assists with sorting/selection later. If the grouping applies throughout the organization, leave this at Any.

·      Select Click here to insert new grouping.

·      Enter the Title.

·      Enter the caption.

·      Enter a Weighting. This positions the Grouping in the grid on the left.

·      Click Insert.
