show all the duties for the next 28 (or 31) days starting from the selected date.
· Select Enquiries > 4 Week Team Schedules/Rosters
· Select personnel/teams to view
· Make your selection from the selection criteria
· Select Abbreviations (for a more compact view) or Full (for a wider view) as preferred.
· Select 28 days (4 week view) or 31 days (month view) as preferred.
· To expand any day with more than one activity to show each activity rather than just 'Various', select the Expand 'Various' option.
· If required for each activity type, select the Show rank counts option.
· Select the number of people to view in each page of the subsequent grid (default is 10).
· Click Submit
This example shows:
· Additional information regarding activity lockdown periods in effect during the enquiry period.
· The 4 Week Team Schedules/Rosters for the selected personnel in Abbreviations view.
· There are multiple activities on Wed 25-May-2011 for Sgt. KUSCH, Sue (in particular Detachment Meeting and External Course).
· Hover cursor over shift details shows all details for that shift including a Reference such as 12345A-1 on Various for Sgt. KUSCH, Sue on Wed 25-May-2011 (up to 10 characters recorded against tours/activities displayed in various Enquiries and reports).

The Individual users’ last selection is saved and retrieved as defaults. This enables each user to make repetitive enquiries without having to make filter selections every time. Only new criteria filter selections need to be made.
